This part aims to support, guide and ground you during conscious inhalation and exhalation

Performed by AwareWolves will further nourish your spirit. In assistance to Didjeridoo vibration and sound during the experience

Be lovingly supported and guided for a short immersion into the ice,
Becoming fully PRESENT and AWARE of the connection between breath, body and mind
Experiencing a calmness despite the stressful aspect of the initial cold contact.
